1. Introduction

Welcome to Global Edge Consultancy (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at globaledgeindia.in and all related services, including but not limited to business registration, company incorporation, accounting & bookkeeping, NGO registration, ISO certification, and taxation & compliance services.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Global Edge Consultancy provides professional consultancy services in the following areas:

  • Business Registrations (GST, MSME/Udyam, FSSAI, Import-Export Code, Trade License, Shop & Establishment Act)
  • Company Incorporation (Private Limited, LLP, One Person Company, Partnership Firm, Sole Proprietorship)
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping (Financial Statements, Payroll, Inventory Management, Reconciliation)
  • NGO Registration (Trust, Society, Section 8 Company, 12A, 80G, FCRA)
  • ISO Certification (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 27001, 45001)
  • Taxation & Compliance (GST Returns, Income Tax, TDS, ROC Filings, Annual Compliance)

The scope of each engagement shall be defined in the specific service agreement or engagement letter provided to the client prior to commencement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation as requested
  • Respond to our queries and requests for clarification within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure all documents provided are genuine and legally valid
  • Inform us of any changes in your business structure, ownership, or operations that may affect the services
  • Make payments as per the agreed terms and schedule
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Delays or failures in providing required information may result in delays in service delivery, for which Global Edge Consultancy shall not be held responsible.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be communicated to you before the commencement of any engagement. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • A non-refundable advance payment may be required before commencing services
  • Government fees, stamp duties, and other statutory charges are payable separately and are non-refundable
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as communicated
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount

5. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. All information, documents, and data shared by clients in connection with our services shall be treated as strictly confidential. We shall not disclose any client information to third parties except:

  • When required by law or regulatory authorities
  • When necessary for the performance of the services (e.g., filing with government bodies)
  • With your prior written consent

6. Limitation of Liability

Global Edge Consultancy acts as a facilitator and consultant. While we exercise due diligence and professional care in delivering our services:

  • We do not guarantee approval of any application by government authorities, as decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective bodies
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing times, client non-cooperation, or force majeure events

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Global Edge Consultancy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination:

  • Fees for services already rendered shall be payable in full
  • Any government fees already paid are non-refundable
  • We shall return all original documents belonging to the client
  • Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
